Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note:
Only soft furnishings are eligible for return. Returns for soft furnishings are accepted at the buyer’s own cost. All other items, including antiques, candles, candle holders, and digital artwork, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your soft furnishing item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Antiques
Candles and candle holders
Digital artwork (downloads)
Sale items and gift cards
Additionally, we do not accept returns on perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom or personalised products, personal care items (e.g., beauty products), or hazardous materials such as flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges
To exchange a returnable item (soft furnishings only), return it as above and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. As above, this applies only to returnable items (soft furnishings). Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
