Shipping Policy


We currently ship to the UK only, using Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for all orders.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes 2–4 working days.

Please note that during busy periods or postal delays, delivery times may vary slightly.

Shipping Rates


For Casa & Co, Ellenvale Interiors, and Bohemia Designs products:

  • Free UK delivery on all orders over £30.

  • Orders under £30 will incur a small flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

For all other vendors:

  • Shipping costs are set by each vendor and will be displayed at checkout.

Multi-vendor orders:

  • If you purchase from multiple vendors, you may be charged separate shipping fees for each.

  • As our inventory is stored in different locations, multiple shipping charges may apply at checkout.


Recycled Packaging

We care about sustainability. Wherever possible, your order will be packed using recycled or reused materials including cardboard boxes, paper void fill, and biodegradable tape or labels. All items are securely wrapped to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect address information.
